What to check

  • Toppings and corners: granola, muesli, cookie crumbs and cereal “crunch” contain wheat, barley or oats.
  • Oats: only oats labelled gluten-free are suitable.
  • Frozen yogurt shops: the yogurt is usually fine, the topping bar isn’t. Ask for a clean spoon and skip the shared toppings.
