Partners
We work with businesses where it helps people who have to eat gluten-free for medical reasons, and we say no where it would cost their trust. The facts about your place are free. What you can pay for is how you present it.
Hotels, apartments and holiday operators
Many coeliac travellers choose where to stay by one question: will breakfast and dinner work? Tell us in your own words how you handle it: breakfast, separate preparation, the fryer, how your team is briefed.
- We publish your answer on your entry, word for word and dated, on our map and on its own page. It is marked as your own statement, not visited or checked by us. It is free, and it never changes your tier.
- Founding hotels also get a profile and a "Book direct" button, free until 31 December 2026: photos, your own description, and a button that takes guests to your own booking page. We take no commission.
- We count how often your entry is viewed and how often "Book direct" is clicked, and send you your numbers in December.
- From 2027 the profile with the button costs EUR 99 a year, if you want to keep it. If not, your entry and your answer stay, free.
A restaurant at the same address as your hotel is included. To start, reply to our email or write to hello@howtoglutenfree.com with your hotel's name and how you handle gluten-free.
Restaurants, cafΓ©s and bakeries
Every venue can claim its listing for free. That gives us a confirmed contact, and you can keep your gluten-free details up to date. We also publish your own answer on how you handle gluten-free, dated and marked as your statement, at no charge.
If you want to show more, there is a member profile: photos, opening hours, a menu or booking link and your own description, in English, German and Italian. Showcase costs EUR 199 a year. Showcase+ costs EUR 349 a year and adds one post a year on our social channels, marked as partner content. Founding venues use Showcase free until 31 December 2026; from 2027 they pay EUR 99 in their first year instead of EUR 199. Members also appear first within their own tier on our free city guides, country pages and territory pages, marked Partner (how we order venues). Paying never lifts a venue above one with a stronger tier.
Tiers follow our methodology. Only our evidence sets them.
If we have checked your venue (online or in person), you can show it on your own website with a free badge: it shows your listing, the date of our last check and a link to your entry, and it switches itself off 180 days after that check. Get your badge.
Event organisers
We list gluten-free festivals, fairs, markets and community days on our events calendar in English, German and Italian, free of charge. There are no paid or featured slots. Tell us early, with the date and a link to your own page. You can also show our gluten-free events calendar on your own website, free: get the embed code.
Brands and retailers
We work with gluten-free brands only in clearly marked formats, never on tiers, verdicts or editorial conclusions. When we mention a product in an article, it has earned the mention. A partnership never changes how we report a recall.
Creators
We work with coeliac and gluten-free creators on guides, events and the community side of the Atlas. If you make honest content for this community, we'd like to hear from you.
Press
Information for journalists is on our press page.
What is never for sale
- Evidence tiers and the β Dedicated star
- Being listed, and your place above or below another tier
