- US: Hershey labels the classic cups gluten-free, which under US rules means under 20 ppm.
- Seasonal shapes (such as eggs and pumpkins) carry no gluten-free label on Hershey’s pages, although no gluten ingredient is listed. Treat them as unlabelled and read the pack.
- Outside the US, Reese’s are usually imports: the label on the pack in your hand decides.
