Yes. Corn syrup is gluten-free, including high-fructose corn syrup. It’s made from corn starch, and corn contains no gluten.
What to know
- Glucose syrup can be made from wheat, and it’s gluten-free too: processing removes the gluten, which is why EU law exempts it from wheat labelling.
