What to check
- Honey products: honey-roasted nuts, honey mustard and honey glazes have other ingredients. Read the label.
- The jar at home: a spoon or knife that has touched toast brings crumbs back into the jar.
- Honey cereals and snacks usually contain wheat or oats; the honey isn’t the issue.
