11 places tracked · 5 dedicated gluten-free · evidence dated, never guaranteed
Brussels is quietly collecting dedicated gluten-free bakeries — Chambelland’s 100% GF boutiques, the coeliac-run Joy Gluten Free Bakery — with the Belgian coeliac society’s address list backing up the leads. For now this page also hosts our Luxembourg entries: Luxembourg City got its first fully gluten-free boulangerie in 2023, and it deserves the detour.
Luxembourg listings live on this page for now — they are marked as Luxembourg.

Before you go
Kitchens change — menus, owners, fryers, staff. Evidence dates tell you when we last saw proof, not what is true today. Always confirm directly with the venue at the time of your visit, say explicitly that it's coeliac disease, and trust your own questions over any listing — including ours.
