About My Child: One-Page Coeliac Sheet for Every Carer (EN · DE · IT)

About My Child is a free 1-page PDF in 3 languages (English, Deutsch, Italiano) that goes wherever your coeliac child goes. School, nursery, Grandma’s kitchen, the babysitter, holiday club, a friend’s party: you fill it in once by hand and hand it over. It holds your child’s name, age and photo, the diagnosis line, what gluten means in plain words, the foods that are fine, six things to keep away (shared toasters, crumbs, snack bowls, playdough, craft pasta, baking flour), the calm “if gluten was eaten by mistake” steps from our School Info Sheet, a box for other conditions with a care plan attached, and two people to call.

Paper only. No form, no upload, no QR code: the details stay with your family and the people you give the sheet to.
