Gluten-Free Las Vegas: dedicated bakeries, the Strip and beyond, for celiacs

Gluten-free city guide Β· the places worth planning around

Gluten-Free Las Vegas

This guide to gluten-free Las Vegas lists 10 places: 3 marked β€œβ˜… Dedicated” and 7 marked β€œGF-serving”. Every card gives the street address, what to order and how we know it: 8 checked on their own website and 2 listed by a directory (not yet checked by us); the guide was last updated in October 2026. Say you have celiac disease every time you order, at a β˜… place too.

Las Vegas eats inside its resorts, and resort kitchens are big and mixed: buffets with shared tongs, fried food in shared oil, bread on every table. The good news is that many Strip restaurants print a gluten-free menu or mark their dishes, and a short drive off the Strip there are three places where everything is gluten-free.

This is a short list on purpose: 10 places whose own website or menu we read on 28 September 2026, each quoted in its own words. Three are entirely gluten-free; the rest are mixed kitchens with a gluten-free menu or marked dishes. Everything else we track in Las Vegas is on the live map, one link down.

How to read this guide

We publish evidence, not vibes. Every card carries the venue’s own words about how it handles gluten, a street address, and the date we last checked it. The β˜… is set by How to Gluten Free from the venue’s own published words, and a community report never earns it. Our four promises are public at howtoglutenfree.com/what-we-promise.

β˜… DedicatedA bakery, kitchen or shop with no gluten in it, in its own published words.
GF-serving Β· written protocolA kitchen that also cooks with wheat and describes its gluten-free handling in writing.
Visited / Own website / ListedEach place says how we know it. β€œVisited by us”: someone from HTGF was there in the month shown (a visit, not a lab test). β€œChecked on its own website”: we read the venue’s own gluten-free wording in the month shown. β€œListed by” and the name of a coeliac association (AIC, Coeliac UK and others): that association lists the place. β€œListed by a directory”: a gluten-free directory lists it and we have not read it at the source yet.
Before you go

Las Vegas on foot and by car, gluten-free

The Strip is one long boulevard, and the places on this page fall into three groups. Four mixed kitchens sit inside the Strip resorts, close to the sights: Eiffel Tower Restaurant (Paris Las Vegas) and Giada (The Vanderpump Hotel) are each about 5 minutes on foot from the Bellagio fountains, Carmine’s in the Forum Shops at Caesars about 10, and Border Grill is further south in Mandalay Bay. Downtown, Le Thai is on Fremont Street, about 5 minutes on foot from the Fremont Street Experience and The Mob Museum. The three entirely gluten-free places are off the Strip, about 3 to 7 miles from the Bellagio fountains in a straight line: plan a car or a rideshare, not a walk. Guilt Free Glutton, near the airport, and Loaded Empanadas, in Summerlin, are off the Strip too. All walking times and distances here are our estimate from the map.

A day that works: breakfast at DarΓ© Vita CafΓ©, where every dish is gluten-free in its own words (Monday to Saturday, 7am to 3pm); it is in the southeast, so take a car or a rideshare. Back on Las Vegas Boulevard South, stop at the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign. Spend the afternoon mid-Strip: the Bellagio Conservatory first, then the fountains, which play every 15 minutes from 8pm. The Eiffel Tower viewing deck opens at 4pm, and dinner can be right there at Eiffel Tower Restaurant, a mixed kitchen with a separate gluten-free dinner menu and a view of the fountains: say you have coeliac disease when you book. Keep Downtown for another evening: the Fremont Street Experience, The Mob Museum (daily, 9am to 9pm) and dinner at Le Thai, whose menu says Β«All curries are gluten freeΒ»; ask which sauces are gluten-free. For brunch that day, Starburst Parlor, an entirely gluten-free bakery-restaurant, is a short drive west on W Charleston Blvd.

In the US, β€œgluten-free” on packaged food is a voluntary claim under the rule of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and a product that carries it must contain less than 20 ppm of gluten. The rule covers packaged foods. For restaurant menus the FDA only recommends that a β€œgluten-free” claim matches its definition, so a GF on a menu is the restaurant’s own word. Two programs of the Gluten Intolerance Group go further: GFCO certifies products, which must test below 10 ppm (or below the country’s limit, if that is lower), and GFFS validation (Gluten Intolerance Group) reviews a restaurant’s policies and procedures, recipes, ingredients and training. Whatever the menu says, say you have coeliac disease every time: β€œceliac” is the spelling staff in the US know.

Las Vegas eats inside its resorts, and resort kitchens are big and mixed: buffets with shared tongs, fried food in shared oil, bread on every table. Fries are the classic trap, because many kitchens fry them in the same oil as breaded food: ask about the fryer every time. US allergen labels must name wheat but not barley or rye, so watch for malt and beer in batters and sauces. We haven’t checked a Las Vegas hotel kitchen ourselves: when you book, ask the resort about gluten-free breakfast and how its buffet handles gluten-free food, and pick a room with a fridge. Senza Gluten Free Bakery, entirely gluten-free, is the place to stock up on pastries and bread; its site gives Wednesday to Sunday, so call ahead.

What to look for

  • β€œGluten-free” on a US packaged-food label is a voluntary claim and means less than 20 ppm of gluten. β€œFree of gluten”, β€œwithout gluten” and β€œno gluten” count as the same claim.US Food and Drug Administration, read 29 September 2026
  • GFCO certification (Gluten Intolerance Group): certified products must test below 10 ppm, or below the country’s limit if that is lower.GFCO, read 29 September 2026
  • For bread and cake, the entirely gluten-free bakeries on this page (Senza Gluten Free Bakery and Starburst Parlor, both off the Strip) beat any supermarket shelf. This page

Stock varies from store to store. Check the label of every product, every time.

07 Β· Plan your trip

Plan your trip

Where to base yourself

  • The Strip: Eiffel Tower Restaurant (Paris), Giada (The Vanderpump Hotel), Carmine’s (Forum Shops at Caesars) and Border Grill (Mandalay Bay) are all on Las Vegas Boulevard (chapter 2).
  • Downtown: Le Thai is on Fremont Street (chapter 3).
  • Off the Strip, by car or rideshare: the three entirely gluten-free places, DarΓ© Vita CafΓ©, Senza and Starburst Parlor, plus Guilt Free Glutton near the airport and Loaded Empanadas in Summerlin (chapters 1 and 3).

We haven’t checked a Las Vegas hotel kitchen ourselves. When you book, ask the resort about gluten-free breakfast and how its buffet handles gluten-free food, and pick a room with a fridge: Senza (chapter 1) makes a good stock-up for pastries and bread.

The one sentence to say

Say it before ordering, every time, dedicated kitchen or not. In the US, β€œceliac” is the spelling staff will know.

I have celiac disease. I can’t eat gluten: no wheat, barley, rye or malt, and nothing cooked in shared fryer oil or on a surface with flour or crumbs.

Get the dining card with the follow-up questions β†’

Two follow-ups that help in the US. For anything fried: β€œIs the fryer used only for gluten-free food?” For sauces and seasonings: β€œIs there any malt, beer or soy sauce in this?”

Good to know

  • β€œGluten-free” on a US label means under 20 parts per million, the FDA rule. A label that says it, means it.
  • US allergen labels must name wheat, but not barley or rye. Watch for malt (malt vinegar, malt flavouring, malted milk) and beer in batters and sauces.
  • Fries are the classic trap. Many kitchens fry them in the same oil as breaded food. Ask about the fryer every time.
  • A gluten-free menu is not a gluten-free kitchen. Ask how the dishes are kept apart, and say the sentence.

08 Β· Questions

Eating gluten-free in Las Vegas: common questions

Where can I eat gluten-free in Las Vegas?

The cards are grouped in 3 chapters, β€œEntirely gluten-free”, β€œOn the Strip” and β€œDowntown & beyond”. Each card gives the address, what to order and how we know it. Before you go, check the opening hours, and say you have celiac disease when you order.

Are there fully gluten-free places in Las Vegas?

In this Las Vegas guide, 3 places are marked β€œβ˜… Dedicated”: DarΓ© Vita CafΓ©, Senza Gluten Free Bakery and Starburst Parlor. Each β˜… card says how we know it and when; still say you have celiac disease when you order.

Are Las Vegas buffets gluten-free?

Buffets are hard: resort kitchens are big and mixed, with shared tongs, fried food in shared oil and bread on every table. In this Las Vegas guide, 4 cards name a gluten-free or allergy menu under β€œOrder”: Eiffel Tower Restaurant (β€œGF-serving”), Carmine’s Las Vegas (β€œGF-serving”), Border Grill (β€œGF-serving”) and Guilt Free Glutton (β€œGF-serving”). Order from the menu rather than the buffet, and say you have celiac disease.

What should I say when I order gluten-free in Las Vegas?

In Las Vegas, say this sentence before you order: β€œI have celiac disease. I can’t eat gluten: no wheat, barley, rye or malt, and nothing cooked in shared fryer oil or on a surface with flour or crumbs.” Say it every time, at a place marked β€œβ˜… Dedicated” too, and then ask how your food is kept apart.

Is Las Vegas safe for celiacs?

It depends on the kitchen, not the city. Each card says how we know it and when. Say you have celiac disease at every order, β˜… places included, and ask how your food is kept apart from flour, crumbs and shared fryer oil.
