Every country handles coeliac disease at school a little differently. This free pack contains four country-adapted editions — United Kingdom, United States, Germany and Italy — each on a single printable sheet you can complete and give to your child’s teacher, carer or school caterer.

Each edition covers, in plain language: what coeliac disease is (an autoimmune condition, not an allergy — no EpiPen, but it must still be prevented every time), why even a crumb of cross-contact matters, a fill-in section for exactly what your child can and can’t have, easy classroom swaps, that country’s legal framework and who arranges school meals, and how to read a food label under that country’s labelling law.
