Is it safe for coeliacs?

Naturally gluten-free. ⚠ Raw cassava contains natural cyanogenic glycosides — commercially produced flour is fully processed and safe. Never attempt to make cassava flour from raw roots yourself: improper processing can leave these compounds behind. Always buy commercially produced, certified GF flour.
